Don't have one. Not really comfy with EA being able to so freely access my files. Call me paranoid, but eh.

It's not like they're going to steal your creations o.O. Lol. Sure, they're not the best, but they're a legitimate company.

Hehe... Nvidia GeForce FX5500, 256 MB 2 GB RAM Intel Pentium 4 Processor I think that should be more than adequate to run Spore. Bring the sad little game on.

Oh yeah? What are you looking to put in it? And what's your budget?

I have no budget at the moment, I'm looking to fix that one. And I look to completely replace this thing, as pretty much everything in it is sub-standard.
EDIT: Spore, Spore, Spore, Spore... Finally installing Spore...

I have no idea what the info on my computer is. I have a savvy relative for that stuff.
But really, think about it. The moment you create something, it's added to your database on the sporepedia. So that's leaving a direct connection between my computer and EA's database. Legitimate company or not, I'm just not comfortable with that.

My friend's laptop doesn't even have an actual video card (it's integrated video on the motherboard. Veeery crappy), but he could run Spore. Doesn't make any sense to me!

Meh... Apparently, the old Nvidia FX 5 Series has a bitch-fit if you try to run Spore on it. Sad, too, I was really looking forward to it. Nvidia GeForce 6600 here I come. xD

I got it today and got to Tribal phase... but a video glitch ruined the game for me. Cell and Creature were amazing fun though. Like bumper cars with little tails...

Nvidia GeForce 6600 here I come. xD Yeah the 6600 is the minimum you need to run it, I believe. Well, it's the minimum you need for Portal, which I went ahead and BOUGHT before I realised I couldn't play it. Now I just have the icon sitting there on my desktop, teasing me.
