Well that's just a plain kick in the teeth, Webster. Deepest condolences, I know from experience how much a family death can suck

Well, it seems I returned a bit sooner than planned, as I did not attend my uncle's funeral in favor of returning early. I attended visitation and headed back to my home, so I should be back for a bit. However, while I was away my family has decided to stir up trouble amongst themselves again, so I just may end up moving once more. Don't count me fully back just yet, but I should be able to tune in more frequently. >.>

Really sorry life is so complicated down your end, Webster. I really hope everything works out. Anyway, we'll count our blessings for as long as we have you.

Well, it seems the turmoil has settled for a while, and I am now running back at maximum capacity. So, I am fully back now, though it seems things moved slow enough that I didn't have much of a problem keeping up regardless.

Well, I'm a happy camper. Not literally - that's Frank. I just got my computer fixed. And all it took was a full system nuke. Now it keeps saying I have to verify my Windows, but whenever I click the notification it says it's already been verified, and it keeps coming back.
I also had a great fun adventure getting my internet and sound systems working again. And now, all of a sudden, the internet is a bit more... choppy. And not to mention my sudden lack of software! I am a happy man!

That really sucks. Do you have any idea what might be causing all that? Because no software AND the internet acting up could well be virus territory. Elsewise, reformatting didn't work out too good. Well, I'm a happy camper. Not literally - that's Frank. Gotta laugh at that... *teehee*

There's no software because I did a full nuke. Pretty much everything other then what it takes to make a computer work was deleted, including Windows. So I did a full partition. I have no software because I willingly deleted it to make my computer work again.

No, it works. It just has nothing on it, and it's internet is annoying to use. But it works.

Grrr.... some young whipper-snapper back on BGSF thinks he's the bees-knees and has been telling me that my plot obviously needs direction, that I'm not doing a great job and that we need more action, even though the rest of the group has had more action than they can handle, simply because the stupid khajiiti evil vampire he made that I warned him would be hard to play, can't dialogue, and even though he insisted that he was an excellent writer and looked forward to the challenge.
Why, I tell you, that son of a gun just makes me want to talk as if I'm fifty years older than I am.
*end of rant*
*sigh* I have more irritation than I know what to do with. Anyone else want to borrow some?

Anyone else want to borrow some? Sure if it gives me the anger I need to get in the face of the school administration since so far they are giving me the impression that my last two years of education have meant nothing, even though they were college courses. But anyways... What's this here? I'll have to look into this when I get on BGSF in a little while. Which might be sooner than I had originally planned. Who is he?

EDIT: FC4: It's that chap with the Grecian soldier avatar, Peleus. I can't remember ever RPing with him before, so I can't say anything from firsthand experience. But considering you allowed him to play a Dark Brotherhood vampiric assassin (gotta love the originality there), I don't think he has the right to complain. When someone chooses to RP a vampire or werebeast, they have to understand the downsides to that, and be able to handle it. More so with vampires, I think, being as most RPs take place during the day hours. As for action, again, that's his own doing. An assassin wouldn't be able to get much of it in the first place. For direction, that's largely up to the players. A DM (or RP host, whatever you like to call it) can cause the players to lose a lot of liberty by either spoon-feeding them every single plot device or forcing the players through the plot. The players need to think- they need to take initiative. Look at TES: Bioshock; it's gone on for about a year now and Lycan hasn't had to do anything but react to the players' actions, because the players already go about on their own. Hope that helps. *shrug*
